The challenge

Stepstone needed a video commercial for YouTube that could speak to white-collar job seekers in Flanders while also respecting the constraints of the platform. One of the key requirements was immediate brand recognition, with Stepstone needing to be mentioned within the first five seconds.

The response

We developed the commercial around the logic of platform-first communication: clear framing, rapid brand recognition, and a message structure suited to YouTube attention patterns. The work combined concept, art direction, and production to create a concise ad built for digital performance rather than traditional film logic.
