The challenge was to create a distinct and contemporary identity for the Women & Girls in Science initiative while staying recognisably connected to NATO's broader brand context. The identity needed to feel credible, future-facing and engaging across digital touchpoints, event environments and branded materials.

We developed a cohesive brand system that linked the initiative to NATO's institutional credibility while giving it its own energy and recognisable visual language. The work combined strategic framing, visual identity development and multi-format asset design so the initiative could show up consistently across screens, signage, social content and event materials.
