We’re on the hunt for a Design specialist!
Our team is searching for a senior graphic designer with the creative mind of an artist and the critical thinking of a marketeer.
Your Role:
As our senior graphic designer, you bring your creative skills, experience in the agency business and an outside perspective to our work. You will work in tandem with the Creative Director in order to develop concepts and create stunning graphics for different campaigns.
As your main tasks you will:
- Participate in all ad hoc branding projects and the production of branded collateral and material for the company.
- Explore new creative ideas and opportunities, pushing innovative design ideas.
- Work alongside the Creative Director to ensure all design requests are delivered within the set deadlines, including liaising with internal clients at all levels of seniority to clarify communication objectives and deadlines.
- Accurately create and amend presentations and documents to corporate standards that follow the company’s style.
- Work alongside various stakeholders including; The events team to produce events material. The content team to lay-out, brand and tidy up papers and financial documents. The sales team to produce high-quality pitch presentations. The digital team by supplying digital assets and visuals for social media and websites.
- Help lead and inspire ideation sessions.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit?
- Experience in design and a convincing portfolio.
- A keen eye for detail with a creative mind.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in design, advertising design, graphic design, digital design or related fields.
- You’re creative, thinking outside the box to find solutions that others don’t.
- Fluent in both English and Dutch and if you can parler français, that’s a plus!
- Excellent communicator who can translate ideas into practice.
- Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target audiences and markets.
- Open and resilient to critique from colleagues and managers.
- Accepts and thrives in a complex organisation with short deadlines.
